Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving design drawings and specifications and method statements.
• Conducting daily inspections at site to ensure strict implementation of design and quality standards.
• Responsible for incoming material inspection to ensure quality materials as per approval/ specifications.
• Management of Fit-out works/ projects right from conception to handling over.
• Dealing with suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Preparing schedule of work and progress report.
• Project management.
• Supervising the Fit-out, coordinating and managing daily site activities.
• Preparing drawings, plans, and quantity reports.
• Reviewing pay subcontractor pay estimates before management approval.
• Reviewing the owners’ pay estimate before management approval.
• Supervising cost report management and lead regular review meetings.
• Managing the project document control system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineer.
• Communications and presentation skills
• With 2-3 years UAE experience
• Working knowledge in use of software such as Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of reporting software such as MS project or equivalent.
• Confidence to work under pressure.
